Miss Sparkles is a professional facepainting company based in Exmouth, Devon. Owned and operated by Shelley & Ian who are originally from Bristol, they moved to the lovely seaside town of Exmouth in 2010 where they live with Daughter Ellie and beloved pet cat, Nala. Both experienced and professional musicians - Ian a piano player & guitarist and Shelley a vocalist. Alongside their professional face painting services and glitter bar, they also perform at weddings and functions in one of the south wests premier wedding and function bands. Providing professional facepainting & glitter bars for all types of event from childrens parties to corporate events. Their wide ranging entertainment experience and knowledge of the industry will ensure your event is in safe hands.
Shelley
Shelley has been painting faces for 20+ years. She started out painting little ones on a Saturday morning at the restaurant where she waitressed as a teenager, moving on to special effects and stage makeup during her years at College where she obtained her BTEC in Performing Arts. A trained makeup artist and a whirlwind of ideas, she has been drawing & painting ever since she was a little girl, with qualifications in drawing & painting. Her passion & flair for art shows in the many beautiful designs she creates and is always training and developing new skills and is proud to have recieved training from some of the industries best face & body painters. Ian
Professional musician and sound engineer Ian is a consummate piano & guitar player. He can mostly be found composing, writing and recording new material in his studio (brazensound.studio). His experience in the entertainment industry spans over 20 years. He is also a skilled web designer and master of finances. You will find Ian helping with set up at events, applying glitter tattoos and driving the sparkle mobile around town.
